The Technical Support Coordinator supports Retirement Services Plan Sponsors with daily administration tools including payroll and census. The Technical Support Coordinator provides technical customer service support and training via the telephone to end users of the software used to operate a retirement plan with AUL. Responsibilities include: set up and maintenance of administrative tools; process incoming client information (i.e. bank information) onto the record keeping and internal tracking systems; daily reconciliation of treasury files, client payroll and banking information. This position works in team-centric call center environment sharing knowledge with peers and looking for efficiencies for our customers.

Requirements
Qualifications: 3+ years customer service or call center experience is required. Financial Services and/ or payroll experience is preferred. MS Excel and MS Access knowledge is preferred. Demonstrated ability to meet performance goals and team metrics. A technical aptitude with ability to document and toggle between several software applications is key in this position.
