Product Strategy and Roadmap (~20%) • Develop and champion a global product vision, product strategy and product roadmap for site analytics in support of corporate goals and objectives within the context of the end-to-end ecommerce customer experience. • Work with multiple functions to build and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions. • Present and clearly articulate product strategy to organization leadership. • Ensure all projects that require analytics tracking or reporting are included in a single analytics roadmap for visibility, resource allocation, and tracking purposes.

  • Ensure Analytics products are leveraged and optimized to scale with planned growth. Relationship Management (~20%) • Own the relationship globally with analytics vendors (e.g. Omniture, SiteSpect, etc.) to ensure SLAs and expectations are being met for all business units. • Escalate, resolve and own all analytics vendor issues globally as the lead point of contact, in conjunction with Product Support, Engineering, Commercial Management, etc.
