Reports recommendations and alternatives to human resources strategy to higher level managers.
Prepare and maintain human resources related reports and distributes as appropriate.
General administration of unemployment hearings, benefits, Workers Compensation, FMLA and other leave programs.
Proactively makes recommendations to improve HR operations and value added to business operations.
Promptly reports any compliance related concerns to Senior HR Management team and works through appropriate resolution.
Facilitate new hire on-boarding, including delivery of new hire orientation, benefits orientation, and other tasks
Ensures that human resources needs are met in a timely manner at all times. Is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service and accessibility to the managers and employees of DISH Network via coaching sessions and round table meetings.
Maintains excellent relationships with both direct business partners and peripheral departments that interact with direct support groups (i.e. closely related departments, payroll, accounting, etc.)
Understands and can articulate department and DISH Network corporate business goals, including financial impacts of HR actions.
Acts as mentor to lower level HR staff to develop all aspects or HR and interpersonal expertise.
Other special projects as assigned.

This position supports the Direct Sales division at the Littleton, CO National Sales Center.
The main function of this position is to manage the full cycle recruitment for various staffing needs in a telesales-based environment.
This position will also be responsible for adding value through broad spectrum HR knowledge and high level expertise. Additional responsibilities are to support DISH Network business partners and DISH Network HR with employee relations, compliance, training and general compensation and benefits issues and strategies.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with at least three years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s Degree with at least five years of relevant experience.
Skills & Qualifications
Ability to assess and evaluate candidate fit for specific positions.
Demonstrated success in recruitment, sourcing, and selection techniques.
Solid communication skills which are relatable to various organizational levels.
Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, written/oral communication skills.
Strong computer skills, including use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Prior experience with Oracle is preferred.
Ability to identify problems, collect data, and make reasonable recommendations based on fact-finding.
The ideal candidate for this role requires minimum supervision and has a high need for achievement (and has the history of achievement to prove it).
We are seeking candidates with five to seven years experience; previous call center HR and high volume recruiting experience is heavily preferred.
Qualified candidates have the ability to work efficiently, adapt quickly and multi-task.
They also learn quickly, solve complex problems with simple solutions and generate innovative ideas in order to improve the business.
