RESPONSIBILITIES: The Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing AT&T AdWorks’ advanced advertising business across the leading telecommunications company’s mobile, online and TV platforms. This individual’s core responsibilities will be to handle creative marketing for the AT&T AdWorks division with the goal of raising awareness with Fortune 500 marketers and building multiplatform advertising business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Create ad sales materials including presentations, one-sheets, reels, micro-websites, email newsletters, etc

·

Work cross-functionally with product, legal, and sales to complete sales materials and bring them to market

·

Create and consistently update design and copy of powerpoint presentations utilized throughout the organization

·

Coordinate trade marketing initiatives such as website development, SEO/SEM, digital display, and print advertisements

·

Create presentations for key industry events and speaking engagements showcasing emerging media trends and highlighting AT&T’s products

·

Manage and create branding materials for all key events, tradeshows and conferences

·

Evaluate case study candidates and manage design process

The individual must be a strong strategic thinker with creative vision. An ability to translate the unique selling proposition of AT&T ad products into high impact sales decks is a fundamental skill. This will be accomplished in close coordination with ad sales and product marketing colleagues. Graphic design, web design, copy writing skills and a thorough understanding of the digital media industry are critical. Good backgrounds for this role could include designer, creative, ad sales development, or digital agency planner. Experience in digital marketing and/or B2B marketing required.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:
·

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2-5 years of professional experience in digital media and/ or marketing

·

Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, and a design background are key components to be successful in this role.

·

Excellent PC and Mac skills with an ability to develop persuasive PowerPoint presentations from the ground-up.

·

Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery

·

Proven strong project management and problem solving skills including organization and attention to details in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment

·

Must be a strong creative writer with strong sales presentation skills

·

Able to establish and meet deadlines and establish clear priorities quickly.

·

Strong interpersonal skills

·

Ability to work well with a wide variety of functional teams
