Job Type: Full Time Position Summary:
The position will support the Regression implementation and maintenance for the Adjustments application . The candidate is required to perform execution, analysis, defect tracking and coordination of regression. The other requirements are Devise improvements to current procedures and acts as information resource about assigned areas to others. Candidate is also required to have understanding of the business impacts with regards to testing across the applications and help towards including critical to quality regression test coverage for Adjustments
•Review Functional and Technical Requirements and identify critical test cases and end-end scenarios.
•Work with application , business groups to develop Test Plan and overall test strategy
•Responsible for translating QA, UAT and Business Scenarios into Automated Regression Test Cases.
• Develop Regression Test Bed that would include test data preparation across multiple applications
•Responsibilities also include monitoring Regression Test Preparation and Automation tasks , providing timely feedback on the overall project status
•Act as overall Test Lead for test execution, review and analysis of test results
•Perform Regression test automation and execution of test cases in a Web, AS400 and Mainframe environment
Position can be located in Scottsdale, AZ or Richardson, TX Required Qualifications:
At least 6 years of demonstrated experience in Quality Assurance and QA methodology required, working in diverse technology settings and leading testing efforts. Deep knowledge of and experience with a wide range of software test engineering concepts: testing principles and concepts, building a regression or test process, tracking defects and making corrections, assessing testing status, risk analysis, design and automation, Experience working with/in defect issue reporting tools like Quality Center. Candidate must be self motivated and able to manage multiple priorities. * Require strong analytical, coordination and communication skills. * Demonstrated successful completion of several small to medium scope projects and/or large scope projects. * Self motivated and accepts responsibility. * Must be able to identify, assess and resolve complex test related issues and facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation * Strong planning and estimating skills with respect to testing * Competency in using all processes and tools required to perform required duties and tasks Solid understanding of Defect Tracking and Triage process Ability to Communicate regular status updates Work with multiple Development and Business teams and act as the main liaison between QA and External teams Experience with HP Quality Center for Test Management A solid understanding of all aspects of the SDLC Manage Multiple priorities Strong Analytical and communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams internally and externally Preferred Qualifications:
AS/400 , Adjudication , Rxclaim knowledge Experience using automated testing tools Proven Experience working on project coordination with the offshore groups Ability to work with multiple teams, delegating workload and ensuring team efficiency. HP automated tools experience (Quick Test Professional, Loadrunner, Quality Center, Hammer tool ) Experience with healthcare industry is a with knowledge about Adjudication and Adjustment systems for Med-D Claims Processing QTP with TE and Web add-in for Data Driven and Keyword Driven architecture SQL knowledge for automated Data Setup and Test Results reporting Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience required. Two additional years of experience are required for each year of education not obtained. Business Overview:
