Identifies barriers to employment, refers clients to other support agencies, and assist clients/consumers with job readiness skills, job search strategies, and job interview preparation. Provides job placement and consumer/client employment assessments.
Minimum Training & Experience: Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent AND one year of experience providing educational, social or direct care services to persons with diagnosed special needs or other populations. OR Associate degree in business management or behavioral sciences
Agency Specific Qualifications and/or Preferred Qualifications: Prefer experience with job coaching and conducting client employment assessments. Experience working with substance abuse a plus. Must have a valid Georgia Driver's License and a clean 7 year MVR.
