Due to extreme growth, we are hiring 6 Desktop Support Engineers for a 3-6 month contract:
Candidates must be customer focused, self-starters with strong relationship skills and the ability to work well in a professional corporate office environment.
Install PCs and peripherals at various locations providing computer support services both for software and hardware as needed.
Assist customers in the configuration, support and testing of their IT equipment.
Must have CompTIA A+ certification and pass background check(s)
Perform Microsoft upgrades and deployment
Must have at lest 2 years Microsoft Desktop Support experience as well as upgrades and deployment experience
Work as part of a team and possess strong problem solving skills
Proven record of success with previous employers
Self motivated / highly driven
Ability to take initiative and manage time effectively
Excellent communication and organization skills
PC / technical experience (Microsoft, Office Apps, Integration Methods)
