    This role will work with the team of developers to help customize and drive user experience solutions for clients.

    Essential Job Functions:
    • Participate in business discovery sessions that get to the heart of our clients, their businesses, and their target audiences; gather and document client requirements
    • Assist with user research including surveys, contextual interviews, user persona development, and both formal and informal usability studies
    • Brainstorm both pie-in-the-sky and down-to-earth ideas that help satisfy a wide variety of needs and goals
    • Work with senior staff members to help merge research findings, creative innovation, and usability guidelines to design digital solutions (on time and on budget, of course). Formats include (but are not limited to) user journeys, use cases, site maps, wireframes, navigation standards, functional requirements, and flow diagrams
    • Collaborate with project managers, visual designers, content strategists, technical architects and developers to bring solutions to life (and test them before they go live)
    • Turn analytics data into information, and use it to drive ongoing site optimization
    Education and/or Experience:
    • Four year college degree/or equivalent experience in a related filed such as computer software engineering and previous Agency experience strongly preferred
    Skills, Knowledge and abilities:
    • Demonstrated interest in a career in user experience, as evidenced by a B.A. in a related discipline and/or at least 1 year of direct experience
    • Current knowledge of UX design principles
    • Able to work as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced agency environment, alone or in direct collaboration with other team member
    • Able to take direction and report progress to supervising team member; willing to participate in mentoring and training to continually improve design and consulting skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written
    • Enthusiasm and excitement for digital experiences
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and PC-based UX design tools
