The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing systems data to identify compliance risks and opportunities for improvements. This includes identifying and publishing indicators and reports, troubleshooting system issues and identifying / managing projects resulting from the data analysis.

Managing and coordinating all accurate master data for the Andover and Mansfield sites. This includes maintenance of master data, publishing indicators and reports, and troubleshooting with SAP users (schedulers, buyer/planners, etc). For change control the Senior Data Analyst performs configuration management functions such as controlling part number hierarchy and business rules for the change control process.

Use Data Quality Tools – Informatica data profiling, data cleansing.

Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) tool to lead data cleansing and transformation efforts.

Monitor Data Quality dashboards, analyze nuances, and research trends.

Create training materials and document and execute training.

Field MDM Mailbox requests and works with SAP internal customers on understanding daily production problems and updating master data changes, and coordinating uploading corrected data.

Create scorecards in Informatica test environment and coordinate with GIS Informatica developer to put changes in production.

Writing and running SAP and data clean-up queries.

Support SAP master data utilizing analytical tools such as Informatica and working with functional owners and the MDM team to drive data quality metrics.

Drive improvement projects such as DHR and DHF scanning opportunities.

Drive documentation improvement projects such as linking documents for lifecycle management, improved document formats, ASD document harmonization.

Drive learning system opportunities by analyzing document usage and rolling out new learning programs that include knowledge competency for examples.

Create ad hoc information using queries, reports and other tools to analyze data for trends and areas for improvements with ECO, LMS and other systems as required.
      Education: Bachelors degree in IT/IS or business or equivalent years of relevent work experience and technical skills

      Experience: 3-5 years experience analyzing quality data

      Advanced SAP experience

      Advanced Excel skills

      Bills of material, routing and work center structure

      Knowledge of Informatica or other analysis tool
