As our Business Planning Manager, Global Footwear Planning, you'll work with our Product Engine Finance & Strategic Planning, Product Process Innovation and Global Sourcing and Manufacturing teams to support the evolution of a world-class sourcing process and capabilities to the creation and implementation of new and dynamic supply chains. You'll be responsible for developing the strategic frame works around sourcing and manufacturing and the product process and identifying opportunities for improvement including ad-hoc analysis and white papers for strategic planning purposes i.e. trade protectionism. You'll initiate and facilitate the Quarterly Business Review process which will include outlining of framework, preparing pre-work and guiding the process. You'll provide research and analytical support on cross-functional project teams that identify, evaluate and analyze critical strategic priorities and/or strategic problems around sourcing/manufacturing. You'll evolve our Performance Measurements capabilities and tools. You'll develop high impact communication tools to communicate strategic priorities. In addition, you'll be expected to provide project management support and coordination amongst internal resources to successfully execute key projects. 356442

Qualifications Requirements for this position include:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • MBA degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years' relevant work experience in product creation, operations, strategic planning, sourcing, manufacturing or related field
  • Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills, technical corporate finance and accounting
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally, leadership and high-level communication
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Proven ability to conduct and/or analyze research related to consumers, industries and competitors
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time
