Under general supervision, responds to inquiries from general public, physicians, behavioral health providers regarding behavioral health treatment. Arranges for patient admission or refers callers to appropriate facilities. Evaluated prospective patients and secures required medical information in accordance with established standards. Coordinates the admission process; prepares preliminary treatment plan and communicates with physician/nursing personnel regarding patient condition.

Must be flexible in regard to availability. This position is a rotating shift and will require working other shifts such as midnights, as needed, and the rotation of weekends.



- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate's degree in behavioral health preferred.
- 1-2 related years of experience preferred.
- Strong office, clerical, and computer skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- Excellent customer service skills; Ability to work well with customers such as patients, families, doctors and external customers.
- Ability to prioritize daily functions.
