Collaborates with cross-disciplinary teams
including digital specialists, creatives, account and project managers to
produce the agency’s digital output, managing executional options.
Responsible for managing digital production budgets
within the framework of overall budget and objectives.
Identifies the best potential resources/suppliers. Maintains
knowledge of industry trends, new techniques and technologies.
Takes the lead in defining
technological/executional requirements and opportunities within and across
platforms/channels. Collaborates to drive cross-platform synergies and

Experience: Mastery of digital production required;
experience in at least one additional area of production desirable (i.e. print
producing/art buying or broadcast/video production). 5-10 years experience, the
