We are currently
  • looking for Call Center Agents, Recovery Agents, Bilingual (Spanish/English) Agents for our Minneapolis Center. Responsibilities: Handle inbound customer care calls and obtain payment of past due invoices
  • Conduct collection calls on deliquent accounts
  • Gather data and document proper systems per customer requirements
  • Responsible for basic customer and team communication via e-mail, memos and voicemail
  • Any other duties as assigned
  • Customer Service and/or Collection experience
  • General PC knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Must be detail oriented and possess good oral and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
  • One to three months related experience and/or training
