JAKKS Pacific, Inc., a leading designer and marketer of toys and consumer products, with a wide range of products that feature some of the most popular brands and children's toy licenses in the world, currently seeks an energetic, self-starter for the role of Royalties Manager for their headquarters in Malibu, CA who will be res ponsible for maintaining the financial obligations of all licensing agreements.

Essential Functions

Review Entertainment Sales Information and Calculate Royalties Resolve Royalty Issues for Licensors Interface with Licensing Department, Sales, and Product Development Supervise Sales Analysis and Royalty Staff Complete various requests from multiple departments that are financial in nature Maintain and improve existing contract management database in MS Access Review Royalty Statements Released to Licensors Perform Royalty Expense Analysis and Quarterly Accrual

BS, BA Accounting, Business - Related Degree Expert Level MS Excel Skills Expert Level MS Access Skills JD Edwards Experience helps 2+ Years Royalty Accounting Experience Supervisory Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills General knowledge of the entertainment and/or consumer products industry Prioritization skills needed to meet strict deadlines
