What You Will Do:
1.Represent HR on local internal forums, such as local boards and executive teams (as needed) Oversee the performance management assessment process to review and reward employee performance
2.Participate as a member of business leadership teams as appropriate
3.Manage the process and preparation of Talent Review and Succession Planning activities by liaising with Talent Management team as appropriate to identify top talent and develop succession plans
4.Where applicable, support other Business Advisors in executing initiatives
5.Partner with business leadership to develop and implement people strategies to positively impact business goals
6.Consult and influence business leadership on HR initiatives
7.Provide feedback to the COEs, Shared Services Center and business unit leaders on the efficient and effective delivery of HR products and services and escalate to leadership team(s) as appropriate
8.Support business continuity planning for the business (as needed) and participate in incidence response
9.Define requirements and business needs for the development of leadership and workforce capability within the business unit
10.Understand and translate business strategy to deliver effective HR services
11.Provide strategy consultation to Talent Management COE on the business needs related to Succession Planning
12.Consult on investigation and resolution of Employee Relations issues that have key impacts to the business
13.Partner with Talent Management COE to develop business-driven workforce planning strategy

What You Need to Be Successful:
  • 6-8 years’ experience in operations and provider healthcare
  • Experience in defining effective HR strategies, preferably within a health system
  • 3-5 years manager experience preferred
  • Masters Degree required, PHR, or SPHR required (if candidate does not possess, must obtain within three (3) years of hire
  • Experience providing consulting or advisory services to senior leaders
  • Strong business-specific knowledge and financial services acumen, strategic thinking, coaching and organizational behavior/design/effectiveness skills
