Serves as the administrative liaison to physicians, practices and the hospital for selected service line. Assist HMMG and System in promoting service line efficiencies through administering process improvement initiatives. Develops/monitors patient satisfaction metrics along with claim submission metrics; ensures accurate system charge capture. Documents standardized processes for service line to provide comprehensive patient care and customer service. Requirements: BS in related field and seven to ten years experience, or MA Degree in related field and five to seven years experience. Candidates may also be considered with comparable experience of twelve to fifteen years in a similar position of responsibility.
