For more information, please visit The Director/CIO will direct and manage computing and information technology strategic plans, policies, programs and schedules for business and finance data processing, computer services, network communications, and manage information services to meet corporate goals and objectives.

This position will participate in management planning and operations by applying knowledge of available technologies, where appropriate, to increase efficiencies. The Director/CIO will be responsible for recruiting, training and mentoring the Information Services, Business Systems & Facilities teams. This position will act as a liaison for the Information Services Department and internal business units, stakeholders, and management. The incumbent will be responsible for companywide technologies through all stages of planning, development, testing and deployment as well as ensuring requirements are met and industry best practices are complied with.

This position is responsible for ensuring that PSI's systems and infrastructure are maintained properly, perform efficiently , and are stable at all times. This position is responsible for ensuring that the Information Services Department meets, if not exceeds, its departmental standards. The incumbent will be responsible for providing clear and concise communication between the Information Services Department and the entire organization ensuring that projects, as well as day to day operations, take place in a seamless and transparent manner. This position is also responsible for overseeing the successful operation of PSI's international mail room, headquarters office operations and oversees the work of the buildings real estate broker and commercial space management.

The position requires excellent communication skills, extensive information technology leadership experience, global system roll out experience, demonstrated creativity, and good judgment. The Director/CIO reports to the CFO. Responsibilities: Develop strategic plans and implement the objectives of the organizations information technology needs ensuring the computing capabilities are responsive to the needs of the organization and its objectives Direct information services strategic plan, policies, programs and schedules for business and financial data processing, computer services, network communications and telecommunications Direct the information and data integrity of the organization Support critical business strategies by advising and managing the selection, implementation, and maintenance of business applications systems Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages Responsible for the development, review and certification of all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans Identify emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated and introduced within the organization Oversee ongoing improvements and customer services of the department Develop robust employee training program for user applications Establish the infrastructure to support and guide individuals, departments and platforms in computing and information technology efforts Responsible for overseeing the upkeep, maintenance, and improvement of PSI's IT environment Responsible for overseeing all PSI IT infrastructure projects Ensure the security of information systems, communication lines and equipment Work with internal constituents to understand system data needs and translate them into technical requirements Provide appropriate project communications to the organization. Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate department staff Set priorities, allocate resources, and control scope of projects Prepare budgets to facilitate the orderly and efficient capture, storage, processing and dissemination of information Oversee PSI's office building, real estate brokers, capital projects and related budgets Experience: Experience implementing a Global ERP system (such as Lawson, Oracle, SAP) in multiple locations / countries is a requisite Demonstrated leadership abilities, including strong influencing skills and the ability to set strategic direction Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction and the ability to forge strong customer relationships Proven ability to manage large workloads and organize work efficiently Excellent project management and communications skills A high degree of technical knowledge and professional judgment Masters Degree in information technology or computer science At least 10 years professional experience in a senior-level information technology position Work experience in developing countries preferred Ability and willingness to travel 20 - 30% APPLY ONLINE at
