Under the guidance of the Director of Food & Beverage, the Outlet Supervisor will direct the Barista staff during hours of operation. The Supervisor is responsible for schedule management, inventory control, reporting any necessary repairs to Engineering. The Supervisor ensures proper training of staff, ensures customer service as determined by Resort standards. S/he will communicate with the Food & Beverage Director concerning ER issues, and also maintain the high level of service mandated by the Starbucks franchise.


The qualified candidate will have previous supervisory experience, must be trained on the Starbucks training plan. S/he will be capable of setting staffing schedules according to Resort needs, be able to counsel others, must be able to provide professional service at all times. The successful candidate must be able to communicate in English, operate a point of sale system, be computer literate, be able to stand for the duration of the shift, bend, lift and stoop in order to complete tasks. S/he must be available for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays.
