Manage analytics team providing insightful and actionable analytics
Working with the Client Experience team identifying opportunities to apply client survey and behavioral analytics to increase client loyalty, resulting in increased revenue, deeper client relationships, and improve teammate productivity. Manage LOB relationships and analytics team insuring efficient analytic delivery and results measurement.
Client Experience and LOB relationship management – understand strategies, priorities and goals; provide thought leadership identifying opportunities to leverage analytics; ensure effective implementation of analytics and manage demand to insure effort is focused on top priorities.
Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree – MBA, MS, PhD – in business, economics, statistics, or math. 2 years experience with regular exposure to senior executives and demonstrate ability to influence decisions and provide thought leadership.
4 years providing voice of client
5 years client analytics with an emphasis on statistical modeling either on client or agency side
2 years managing team of statisticians and analysts
10 years client analytics with an emphasis on statistical modeling either on client or agency side
