Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
As a member of the IT Enterprise Planning team, is responsible to manage and coordinate all aspects of the Integrated Planning processes related to the Process, Application and Data Assets teams.
Collaborates with the Planners Network in the development of the IT Business Plan which is a 3-year vision for the direction of the organization.
Engages leadership to develop strategies, milestones, and the application portfolio included in the business plan, as well as provides input to other strategies and milestones across IT.
Collaborates with Finance to manage the total IT budget.
Engages regularly with IT Leadership and Project Managers to track project spend, both Capital Expenditures and Operating Expenses.
Meets regularly with the IT Capital Review Team and Planners Network to communicate updates on the IT budget.
Champions the contingency management process, and ensures compliance across the application portfolio.
Coordinates the Asset teams and Service Managemeent teams to meet the IT Function business planning timelines, milestones and deliverables.
Bachelors degree or related experience.
6 plus years experience in IT, business planning, or project management.
Extensive skills in Microsoft office suite.
Experience in a Business Planning.
Excellent communication skills with all levels fo management.
Strong leadership & partnership skills.
Ability to effect change through influence.
Oil & Gas related experience.
Relocation may be considered within Chevron parameters. *LI-DD1
