Are you a talented Food and Dining Services Leader with a desire for more influence on the dining experience for those served? Perhaps your current work environment is no longer challenging and you've fallen into a routine? If so you will be delighted to learn that we are seeking a dynamic, experienced Dining Services Leader to own the entire dining experience for the residents of our upscale senior living community. Our residents live in one of our three campus facilities: a 362 bed nursing home (including a 68 bed transitional care program and medical adult day program); a 90 bed independent living community and a 60 bed enriched housing program.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer/Administrator, the Executive Director of Dining Services will have the latitude to create a premier dining experience for our elders, patients and guests, providing meals of superior quality and variety in a home-like atmosphere. This role is viewed as one of the most pivotal in our organization as terrific meals support the mental, physical and social well-being of every resident and guest we are privileged to serve.
B.S degree preferred in food services or related field with a minimum of three – five years of leadership experience in senior living dining operations.
