To provide and enhance employment-related services for students, graduates, and employers in the college’s three county service area. Responsible for delivery of and coordination of programs to support the college’s experiential programs, the students’ career goals, and employers’ needs for a highly skilled workforce.

Minimum and Additional Requirements:
Bachelor's degree plus two years experience in student services, human resources, marketing, or a closely related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Student Personnel Services or a closely related field is preferred. Specific experience performing job development activities is preferred.
