Program Supply Chain Specialist II (STARS)

Job Description:

This individual will be responsible for supporting Program Supply Chain Management (PSCM) activities for the STARS/TAMR program within the Network and Aviation business of the Engineering Services and Product Support product line of Raytheon Technical Services Company. In this role, you will work closely with and support lead Program Supply Chain Managers for the STARS program and will interact with the RTSC and Network Centric Systems Program Management Offices. In this role, you will report on and monitor Key Performance Indicators including, but not limited to, program placement plans, outstanding requisitions, open purchase orders and deliverable materials and values, supplier On Time Delivery and past due dollars. You will support material sales forecasting including supplier follow up as required to insure forecast accuracy and financial commitments are met and will validate as requires SCM EAC inputs for the STARS / TAMR programs. Additionally, as required, you will support the development of customer proposals including insuring that required supporting proposals are obtained. This position will be based out of Burlington, MA with time also expected to be spent at both Billerica, MA as may be required.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience: · Minimum of three years experience, preferably in US government and defense market supply chain activities
· Strong project management skills
· Strong financial management skills
· Strong knowledge of APEX/PRISM with emphasis on reporting
· Ability to actively contribute to the development of program supply chain strategies
· Demonstrated ability to effectively work in an IPT environment
· Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
· Excellent analytical skills and the ability to combine and analyze disparate data (Pivot Tables, Vlookup, etc)
· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project)
· Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations
Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related field with a minimum of three years directly related experience, Masters Degree is a plus.

Other Requirements (Clearance, travel):

The ability to travel domestically as may be required.

· Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
· Integrated Product Development System (IPDS)
· MPM training
