Skills Desired Proven success with large scale data storage Java/PHP/MySQL application development and deployment in the cloud Familiarity with systems-automation tools such as Chef. Experience administering distributed systems in a production environment. Technology We Use Java PHP Cassandra MongoDB MySQL Chef Hadoop Git Responsibilities Diagnose, and troubleshoot complex storage problems.
Qualification and ownership of the physical storage technology. Automate and develop advanced tooling for our storage infrastructure. Operational ownership of the production storage stack. Develop and manage statistical analysis tools related to storage hardware: performance, health, power and utilization.
