The Commercial Training Program Manager is responsible for the delivery and coordination of pilot and maintenance training programs within Sikorsky Worldwide Training Department by performing the following duties:
Ensure programs are operated in compliance with all regulatory and Sikorsky mandated directives.
Supervise and manage day-to-day training activities specific to the program aircraft to include training supplier management, aircraft-specific training development and delivery, customer scheduling, instructor scheduling, condition of training equipment, and training documentation.
Supervise instructor staff on program aircraft.
Prepare Performance Appraisals on program personnel and submit them to the SAS Training Systems Division leaders.
Provide contractual requirements definition and strategic information and resources in support of training program development.
Communicate with Government and military procurement organizations on integrated plans and schedules, resource requirements, contingency planning, and detail working group discoveries and way forward decisions.
Maintain Earned Value data and manage projects with EV.
Maintain Sikorsky's commitment to customer satisfaction while performing job duties.

Complete Performance Appraisal documents (6 month, annual, promotion) and conduct Performance Appraisal conferences with employees.
Coordinate functional and deployed personnel matters with SAS-TSD and Human Resources.
Accountable for the security of Sikorsky materials, projects and business information regarding the methods and techniques used in the production and usage of Sikorsky products.
Accountable for the accuracy and completeness of assigned tasks.

BA/BS degree w/10+ years experience
MA/MS degree w/7+ years experience
PhD degree w/4+ years experience
Four years related experience in the rotorcraft training field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Possess a minimum of eight years aviation training development and training management experience.
Fluency in English, through both verbal and written communications; able to speak, understand, read and write
