Job Title: Weekend Scheduler-Home Health
Location: New Castle, DE
Christiana Care VNA is seeking a Patient Care Operations Coordinator to work every other weekend to provide day to day administrative support to the clinical team by scheduling staff to patients' homes.
Specific responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service via the telephone to staff, patients, and physicians offices; assisting the department with patient scheduling on a daily basis; and distributing and tracking referrals.
Qualified applicants will possess the following:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent;
-Minimum of 5 years work experience providing customer service/reception/or administrative assistant support. Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
-Excellent oral and written communciation skills and the ability to problem solve and work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
