Straub is a complete health care system, which means the
primary care physicians, specialist physicians, clinics
and hospital staff are all part of the same
organization. Straub cares for and comforts patients
throughout the state at both the hospital and clinic
locations. Straub offers a network of neighborhood
clinics on Oahu, Lanai, and visiting specialists on the
Big Island as well as the services of nearly 200
physician specialists.
The Physician Assistant performs a variety of patient
care activities with respect to the diagnosis and
treatment of ill and injured patients. Medical
privileges are to be delineated and approved in
accordance with the bylaws of the medical staff.

outpatient clinics & service sites, and over 1,300

Minimum Qualifications: Must meet educational
requirements for Hawai‘i state licensing. Current
Hawai‘i Physician Assistant License. Current BLS/HCP
card. One year clinical and surgical experience in
Musculoskeletal/Orthopedics or successful completion of
Orthopedic training program.
Preferred: Two years experience in Orthopedics.
