This position will be the voice and support center to our customers.
Symbiosis Health is looking for a superstar customer support specialist with great communication skills on the phone and in person to work with our customer, patients and vendors and develop systems to make the process more efficient on a daily basis
- Taking calls from patients and suppliers
- Help patients understand the complexities of healthcare system
- Manage orders from labs, hospitals and radiology centers
- Learn new software and train staff
- Work with billing claims and follow up
- Complete enrollments with payers as needed
- Problem solving with patients, external vendors, and the internal Support team
- 2- 5 years relevant experience as an MA/ office manager/ biller in a very busy medical practice
- Highly Effective communication skills to deal with patients and multiple vendors effectively
- Excellent phone skills
- Experience in billing claims and working with insurance companies in getting claims paid (optional)
- Should have completed the MA Training
