Resolvit IT & Management Consulting (Resolvit) is looking for a .NET Developer to work on-site in Washington, DC as a full time employee. The candidate will be exposed to the full software stack and responsible for building applications running the latest .NET Content Management Systems powered by SQL Server databases. Supporting and working with organizations such as NFL, Visa, AT&T, and Papa John's.
Essential Duties:
Developing cutting edge web application using ASP. NET (C#, VB.NET) framework.
Implementing Kentico, Sitefinity, and Sitecore (.NET CMS's)
Developing with semantic XHTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Writing JavaScript using a framework such as jQuery.
If you possess these skills we would love to speak with you:
5-8 years of development experience.
Experience with IIS, Load Balancing, SQL Server 2008, and Windows Server 2008.
Experience with version control (Tortoise SVN).
Experience with Bug Tracking software (Bugzilla/Mantis)
Experience with windows server administration a plus.
Experience with LAMP(PHP)/mySQL, Wordpress, Drupal a plus.
Work in a fast-pace environment and juggle multiple projects at once and still be detailed oriented.
Must be a highly motivated self-starter who can easily work independently or in a team environment.
Work in a business environment driven by clients or consumers (e.g. agency, freelance, consulting, e-commerce) is highly desirable.
