The Marketing/Communications Specialist for eCampus creates, implements, and manages marketing campaigns for online programs through print, social and online media.
This position collaborates with departments that offer online programs to ensure the marketing campaigns reflect the departmental and eCampus' goals and objectives, as well as monitors and reports the effectiveness of these various campaigns.
Operate CRM software by creating marketing campaigns and responding to lead generations.
Maintain the websites for eCampus, Graduate Office and other higher education portals by overseeing the web content and web traffic.
Develop internal communications including marketing plans, reports and newsletters.
This is an annual appointment. Reappointment is dependent on continued funding.
Required and Preferred Qualifications:
Required: Bachelor's degree.
Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and take initiative, set priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
Must have strong problem solving, collaboration, and multi-tasking skills.
Preferred: Degree in business or marketing.
At least two years of experience developing and implementing marketing campaigns, including print, online, and social media.
Experience in developing print and web-based content, and operating CRM software.
