Applicants must hold or be eligible to obtain an Idaho Education Certificate endorsed in area of application.

Applicants must be Highly Qualified under State and Federal regulations.

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or the blended degree of Pre-K through 3rd grade. Knowledge of Head Start in desirable. Must have skills and experience observing and assessing children and using data to plan and set goals. The candidate must be able to interpret and use standards, policies, and State and Federal guidelines to implement the educational program. Prefer candidate who is comfortable partnerig fully with parents to achieve positive child outcomes. Montly parent night meetings and two home visits per year are required.

Contract Days: 179 day Contract - .793 %

Salary Range: Placement on District teacher salary schedule based upon education and experience.

Contract Start Date: As soon as possible


Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance and Public Employee's Retirement System is available to Certified employees with a contract of .50 FTE or greater.
