We have an immediate opening for an Copy/Mail Clerk in our San Francisco, CA location.This position may become permanent after 30-45 days** All candidates MUST pass a 7-year background check and drug test ** Responsibilities include : Sort mail to mail stops and run mail runs Process express mail in and out Requisition processing Deliver paper Inventory and organize mail supplies Document postage due and run postal meter Fill copy request orders and package documents/items Be able to work numerous end user requests and wear many hats on any given day or hour Cover duties that are needed when a person calls in sick, needs vacation or personal time off
Required Candidate Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Superior customer service track record Previous experience in a high volume copy (Law) environment General computer use including MS Office & Internet Detail oriented and organized Strong communication skills, verbal and written Organized and punctual Ability to meet tight deadlines in a busy environment We offer a full benefits package and competitive salary.
