Exercise Planning/Training Analyst (Job Number: 320470)
The Mission Support Business Unit of SAIC has an opportunity for an Exercise Planning/Training Analyst supporting an Intelligence Community Agency in the Washington DC area.
In this role, the Exercise Planning/Training Analyst will Assist DIA, Defense Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence Center (DXT) in establishing standards among the CI/HUMINT Enterprise for the purpose of integrating CI/HUMINT information into the Defense intelligence Common Operating Picture (COP). Provide support to the DoD CI/HUMINT Lessons Learned program. Conduct Lessons Learned surveys and support the development of Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) toward attainment of interoperability that will lead to the integration and synchronization of systems to share and display data to maximize battlefield effects; ensuring all intelligence and supporting operations are coordinated and timed to support the commander's intent and desired outcomes. Provide assistance in the development, testing, and execution of CI/HUMINT related training modules for incorporation in the full spectrum of training applications as directed by the DXT.
He/She will also provide assistance to DXT in support of day-to-day training development and activities. Support will include assisting DXT in its mission to foster understanding and appropriate use of CI/HUMINT across the community. Participate in meetings, conferences, and dialogue in order to identify and hone training objectives for the enterprise, and assist in the coordination of identifying and relaying training format standards for the CIIHUMINT related course materials.
Additional duties include maintain constant lines of communication for coordination with counterparts integrated within DXT as well as at multiple service and school house locations in order to ensure compliance with existing objectives, standards and policies, awareness of new developments across the CI/HUMINT enterprise and dynamic interface to ensure lessons learned information is available to Enterprise management in order to maintain relevancy and applicability of training programs for current operational engagements. Identify the current CI/HUMINT related technology systems used by the services and provide feedback to DXT. Identify additional venues for integration with DIA for technology to be integrated to support Mission Readiness Exercises as well as United States Combatant Commands (COCOM), theater and tactical level training evolutions.
BS Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Engineering or related required.
Five to 10 years of experience in requirements gathering, user interface, testing assessment, and QA of product.
A current and active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph.
