Minimum Requirement - Primary Education :
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor’s degree.

Must have three years of professional experience in management, administration, statistical analysis, accounting, auditing, planning or a related field.
Education Substitution :
A master’s degree in public or business administration, statistics, planning, accounting, economics or a related field will substitute for one year of the required experience.

Professional experience in management, administration, statistical analysis, accounting, auditing or a related field will substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis.

Description of Job Duties
This is a federally funded time-limited (FFTL) position. This means it is a position that is paid entirely as the result of a federal grant. The duration of employment shall not exceed the life of the federal grant that funds the position. An employee appointed to an FFTL position is required to meet the minimum requirements for the classification. Further, an employee appointed to an FFTL position is designated as an unclassified (non-merit) employee. An FFTL employee is eligible to receive benefits at the same level as a classified (merit) employee in a permanent position.
This position will manage large and complex datasets of Energy, Environmental, and related socioeconomic factors. Develop, write and publish desktop reports which summarize the data graphically for the Cabinet and other agencies. Contribute to the Development of Energy, Econometric and Statistical models. Present reports at public forums as well as assist with Energy Assurance Program.

Conducts studies of operational policies and procedures primarily across agency organizational unit lines for the purpose of defining agency program effectiveness and projecting agency budgetary needs and requests; and performs other duties as required.
