Performs duties related to the operations of the front desk, to include greeting guests, registration, answering phones, answering guest questions and assisting in room/gym set-ups; enforces community activity center rules and regulations. Examples of Duties: 1. Greets Community Activity Center guests; answers questions regarding the Community Activity Center and/or the Town of Flower Mound; answers phones. 2.
Registers participants for classes. 3. Sells Community Activity Center memberships and programs. 4.
Provides tours of the Community Activity Center. 5. Checks out gym and game equipment to guests. 6.
Performs miscellaneous administrative tasks to include filing, organizing, etc. 7. Supports other areas within the Community Activity Center by assisting with special events, aquatic programs, facility rentals and facility coverage issues in the absence of staff. 8.
Attends mandatory training and in-service meetings. 9. Informs supervisor of all work-related activities. 10.
Adheres to the personnel, safety, and divisional policies and procedures of the Town. 11. Assists co-workers and other divisions as needed. 12.
Performs other duties as assigned.
