Titanium Metals Corporation is seeking a highly motivated, team player for a Systems and Network Administrator in our Exton, Pa location.

Candidate will work as a part of a team, helping build, design and implement enterprise storage and backup strategies and should have a firm grasp of Linux and Windows operating systems like and a thorough understanding of EMC products. Candidate will work in an environment where performance is based on established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Work will include the support, administration and configuration of Microsoft Windows and Linux server environment. The candidate will provide 3 rd level technical support on areas of responsibility as required. Analyzes system faults, troubleshoots, runs diagnostic tests on hardware to detect problems. Initiates preventive maintenance and repairs on hardware and system / environment problems. Administers solutions for multiple projects with varying schedules, and interacts with vendors for trouble calls. This individual will coordinate with users, facility personnel, network manager(s), controllers, and commercial carriers to provide support as required.
Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Includes NEW SAN requests, allocations, de-allocations, modifications, migrations, SAN zoning, adhering to EMC and Brocade best practices.

Monitoring: Understand and use existing tools to identify and resolve problems, proactively monitor the environment, maintain an updated inventory and provide capacity planning information.

Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any SAN storage issues including storage arrays, SAN switches, and access devices. Work with systems support as needed.

Maintenance: Patching, software upgrades, and hardware replacements to SAN components, including work that requires weekend and off-hour scheduling

Responsible for identifying and resolving all issues related to responsible systems, applications, and networks

Provide 7x24 support on a rotational basis

Work Environment: Maintain good relationships and communication channels with executives, supervisors, staff & peers.
VMWare support and configuration
Windows and Linux Server builds and management

At least 10 years experience supporting Windows 2003/2008
At least 10 years experience supporting and Unix/Linux
Experience with VMware virtualized environment
Experience supporting SAP environment on Unix/Linux
Familiar with EMC VNX and NetApp filers
Familiar with Backup technology such as EMC Networker and Avamar.
Helpful but not necessary experience supporting CISCO/Juniper Switching in a LAN/WAN environment
Experience in storage and backup configuration and administration
Experience in EMC VNX and Avamar preferred
Experience in SAN design, capacity planning, performance monitoring, configuration, and administration
Experience with EMC RecoverPoint strongly preferred
Experience in technical documentation
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation skills
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to acquire technical skills and problem solve.
