- Provides Human Resources functional expertise that includes Associate Relations, Labor Relations, Recruitment, Training and Development •A business partner that enables the Distribution Center Business Strategies through recruitment, retention and customer service initiatives •Ensures proper application of policies, procedures and requirements involving Human Resource Programs •Provides coaching and counseling on associate/management conflict •Provides recommendations regarding warnings, terminations, ADA issues, EEOC and Labor Laws, and all other procedures necessary to mitigate risk •Exemplifies leadership with associate level communications
RELOCATION AVAILABLE TO CANDIDATES OF INTEREST
- Primary hours will be a combination of 2nd/3rd shift although flexibility to work all three shifts is required. OT as business dictates •Bilingual strongly prefered •Bachelors Degree with Human Resources emphasis, or equivalent work experience •3-5 years experience in the Human Resources Field •Knowledge and possession of skills, tools and resources necessary for successful execution of training, recruiting and Associate Relations practices •Strong communication, organizational and motivational skills •Customer service oriented, building credibility and relationships with a diverse employee base •Team player who creates a sense of common cause and shared mindset to accomplish business goals •Knowledge and experience working with various general business and/or operational computer applications and systems •Utilizes a systematic approach to problem solving and evaluating information and opinions in a purposeful and efficient manager
