Experienced Frontline Collectors (Non-Dialer)
As an experienced 3rd party collector with a minimum of 2 years collection experience, you may collect bankcard, commercial, auto deficiency loans or retail credit accounts. You will be required to locate and contact customers by telephone, perform skip-trace assignments, and negotiate payment arrangements. You will provide suggestions to consumers on how to meet their financial obligation, and propose alternative payment methods. Using tact and discretion, you may also advise consumers as to the possible consequences of not meeting their obligations.

Commercial Collector:
1-3 years of verifiable 3rd party Commercial Collections experience is required. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm are the hours. Call today for a confidential discussion.

Work Schedule:
Candidates must be able to work two late nights (12N – 9PM), three mornings (7AM – 4PM or 8AM – 5PM) and every other Saturday (7AM – 11AM).

Dialer Collectors

This position is responsible for the collection of third party, delinquent accounts. Utilizing an automatic telephone dialing system (auto-dialer) you will contact consumers. This is an entry level collections opportunity. Utilizing our auto-dialer, you will make approximately 100 - 150 calls daily (outbound and inbound) to consumers to collect on their delinquent accounts within the many stages of delinquency. You will negotiate payment arrangements with consumers; such as promises to pay, electronic check payments or money orders as requested by the consumer. Dialer collector will accurately and professionally document systems with details of current contacts and subsequent results. Dialer collector will meet or exceed production goals as directed by management; which are measured daily, weekly and monthly.

  • Most positions require the ability to pass a drug screen and a federal background investigation for the security of the consumers whom we contact.
