Overall Purpose/Job Objective:
Classroom technology support - Answer client inquiries in person, via telephone, and utilizing remote desktop support tools concerning Windows, Macintosh, and Mobile device systems operation; diagnose hardware, software, and operator problems; recommend or perform minor remedial actions to correct problems based on the knowledge of system operations. Ability to support simple and complex audio-visual systems. Expert level in Mac and PC support.
Experience with room control systems such as Crestron, Kramer, SP Controls, and basic KVM. Also experience with supporting classroom capture methods and related software. Examples are Echo 360, Clearsea, LifeSize, SKYPE.
