We are seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst I (IT) to support our client near this location. This is a 4 month, salaried position, with a possible 12 month extension. Softtek offers a generous benefits package for our consultants, with no waiting period.
US Citizenship, Green Card, or EAD is required
- 2-4+ years of Technical Support experience - Experience in Wintel environment
- Knowledge in at least one of the following areas: mobility, telephony, networking.
- Strong Skills and experience in Business Objects, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports
- Database structure knowledge
- Knowledge of SDLC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel
- Experience with Clarity
- Self-starter, works well with others, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Work under pressure
