Crowdtap is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and creative student to join our team as a Fall intern in the Product " User Experience Department. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn critical skills related to social media product development and marketing research while working in a team-based environment. At Crowdtap, you will be fully immersed in the inner-workings of a tech start-up company and have the opportunity to play a huge role in building our platform!
The Internship: As the Member Management Intern, you will be fully engaged with the members of the site on a micro level, keeping the entire company abreast of the major trends in member acceptance of and satisfaction with Crowdtap. Your responsibilities will include moderation of brand-owned discussions, review of member-generated content across the platform, customer service management, reporting, and content creation. In order to maximize the internship ’s results, we are seeking students who: • Are currently earning a 4-year degree in entrepreneurship/marketing/advertising/communications/user experience or a related social science field from a reputable school • Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Are knowledgeable about social media (i.e. blogging, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) • Possess strong written, verbal communication and organization skills • Pay strong attention to detail and are resourceful • Have a desire to learn the inner workings of a technology start-up • Have a positive attitude • Have a good sense for trends and a pulse on “what ’s next ”
