Job Purpose: Job Purpose:
Interact with new and existing customers through phone, fax and email in a professional and mature manner. Provide customers with high-quality service and support. Communicate with staff members, management and vendors with confidence and respect.

Duties:
Answer multi-line phone as part of a CSR team to take orders and assist customers. Enter and manage orders using SAP Business One and web-based order entry system. Resolve customer complaints using a professional and non-confrontational approach. Correspond with customers and vendors to maintain order efficiency and accuracy. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing designated goals in a timely manner.

Skills/Qualifications:
Capacity to handle a busy work environment in a calm, composed manner. Ability to apply attention to detail to all aspects of the job. Capable of organizing electronic as well as printed materials for quick reference. Actively participate in staff meetings and training sessions. Skillful management of time to accomplish daily tasks. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Word and MS Outlook.

Bonus Skills:
Comfortable knowledge of the following applications: SAP Business One MS Excel
