Customer Service ManagerIn this essential role, you will be responsible for the performance of the customer service department. You will ensure guidelines are strictly adhered to and monitor the department's daily performance to ensure that all business objectives are achieved by performing the following duties: Direct and manage the Escrow Analysis process; ensure loans are analyzed timely and accurately in accordance with RESPA Manage Payoff Quotes and Payoff Satisfactions process; ensure accuracy and timeliness in accordance with state timelines Oversee the monthly credit reporting and credit correction process to ensure compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act Manage all written inquiries/complaints from customers or state regulatory agencies to ensure appropriate action is taken in accordance with RESPA Manage year-end reporting process for servicing to the IRS Monitor outsource vendor relationships to ensure quality of service Establish internal controls to reduce clerical errors and customer complaints Develop and maintain departmental policies and procedures Provide coaching, training and development of staff to make certain company/departmental goals and KPI's are met Prepare monthly reports to Senior Management
Master's degree (M.
