This employee is responsible for processing A/P checks and assisting the Customer Accounting department with routine duties. As well as general support to each department.
In this role you will add value by:
Processing daily deposit and ensure accuracy.
Assisting in mailroom with morning mail distribution.
Processing forced pickups daily and assist in the approval of daily pickups.
Priningt invoices and credits.
Providing backup for distribution of customer copy credit slips to MA-™s.
Providing backup for review of drop ship invoices and distribution to MA-™s.
Providing backup to preparation work for scanning and indexing on imaging system.
Assisting with other departmental duties as needed in Customer Accounting and A/P departments.
Performing other duties that may be assigned.
