Whether you are interested in document processing or administrative work, we need you to help us communicate with enrolling families and identify which required documents are still needed in order to complete the approval process.

There are several temporary to permanent positions, ranging in pay from $12-$15/ hour and is expected to start in July

Responsibilities:
 Follow all policies and procedures that pertain to elements of data capture

 Be an expert in assigned schools' admissions requirements and maintain student records

 Meet department and data entry standards

 Verify information by comparing data on forms/applications to electronic data

 Identify any compliance errors that exist and follow proper notification procedures

 Other duties may be assigned

Requirements
Requirements:  1-2 years administrative experience  Ability to work in a team environment to accomplish mutual tasks and goals  Experience in highly collaborative environments  Overcome roadblocks and obstacles without succumbing to frustration  Team player attitude, working closely with all other contact center and K12 personnel  Effective verbal and written communication skills  Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment  Ability to pass a background check EOE and Drug-Free Workplace
