We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working Wireless Retail Sales Representative to join our growing team of professionals. The Wireless Retail Sales Representative will be needed to deliver unparalleled customer service to customers visiting or calling the store. The Wireless Retail Sales Representative will directly report to the Store Leader.
Job Responsibilities:
As a Wireless Retail Sales Representative, you will primarily be responsible for talking with customers who enter the store and educating them on our products and services. The Wireless Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for a targeted sales goal that will need to be hit on a monthly basis.
Other duties will include:
Greeting customers and ascertaining what each customer wants or needs
Exemplifying the 9 Core Values that nTelos has to be a quality professional and a superior customer service representative
Maintaining operational and merchandising standards
Analyzing customer accounts to help resolve issues and provide solutions
Processing bill payments
Prospecting for potential customers, setting up meetings with outside targets and asking for referral business
Tracking inventory and keeping product secure
Cash control and auditing procedures
Providing value to every customer you interact with
The Wireless Retail Sales Representative is required to have at least 1-2 years of prior retail sales and customer service experience in order to be considered for the position. In addition, the Wireless Retail Sales Representative must show proven ability to multi-task and handle multiple tasks at once in order to be successful in this position.
