Major national consulting firm seeks a Customer Relationship Management consultant to help clients evaluate their current CRM approach and devise comprehensive sales, customer, service and technology strategies that best enable them to reach objectives. Travel is 80-100%.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years experience delivering CRM solutions, and 2 years of Customer Master Data Management or Single View of the Customer experience. Experience with Oracle Customer Hub, Siebel Universal Customer Master and other similar technologies

Undergraduate degree

Excellent consultative and communication skills
