Candidate must have health care experience. Candidate must also be positive, and energetic. This position is the primary position in the building that is responsible for generating census and revenue development in the center. You should be able to assess the residents' needs to determine if they will benefit from the services that the center has to offer as well as establish and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and members of your community to help generate census.

Interview and tour potential residents and resident's representatives to collect accurate data on admission inquiries
Follow facility admission, transfer, and discharge policies and procedures to screen resident's applying for admission for placement in the facility.
Identify potential residents whose needs can be met by the facility.
Maintain accurate facility census and bed availability.
Act as a liaison between transferring institutions and the facility.
Participate in marketing the facility and maintaining an acceptable census level.
Explain the facility admission agreement and all attachments to potential and new residents and resident's representatives.
Meet with local physicians, social workers and case mangers to explain the benefits their patients will receive in using our facility and therapy department.
