Job Summary/Basic Function:
Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania invites applications for a temporary, full time, one semester Instructor position in the Department of Dance beginning January 2011. Candidates must be able to teach Modern dance (beginner-advanced), Improvisation, and at least two of the following: *ballet (intermediate-advanced)
jazz dance (intermediate-advanced)
dance history (20 century to the present)
wellness for dancers
Minimum Qualifications:
MFA or MA in Dance and professional teaching experience. Successful performance in an on campus interview, including teaching demonstration.
