The Global Operations Analyst will work on the Global Operations Implementation team to support international project initiatives and routine data analysis reporting. He or she will support senior team members with diverse Operations issues such as back office service delivery, regulatory preparedness, strategy implementation, and geographic expansion. This involves analyzing and presenting data in Excel and PowerPoint, assisting with stakeholder management in person and via phone and email, preparing training documents, drafting pre and post implementation reports, and offering assistance with ad-hoc requests.
The Global Operations Analyst must manage competing priorities while adhering to strict deliverable deadlines. He or she must be comfortable working in a global setting and exhibit professional standards within different cultures. The Global Operations Analyst should also possess the desire to excel in a collaborative and innovative team setting.
The Global Operations Analyst will be involved in highly visible company initiatives and should exhibit a willingness to learn and advance within Western Union Business Solutions.
Gather, analyze, and report on monthly key performance indicator data.
Support ad-hoc Operations requests as the business needs arise.
Act as a dedicated resource in long and short term project initiatives in Global Operations.
Draft reports, emails, and communications on a wide variety of Operations information. Proofread reports and provide feedback on grammar, diction, and format.
- 4 year college degree in accounting, administration, business, finance, liberal arts, communications, or other related degree
- Team oriented
- Advanced quantitative analysis skills
